Kylemore Abbey Head Chef John O’Toole and Graham Roberts of Connemara Smokehouse will cook ingredients from land and sea in this culinary demonstration.
John O’Toole is a Connemara native, coming from Moyard just a few miles from Tullycross. As a farmer of a rare breed of Dexter cattle and organic Connemara lamb, John is very passionate about the origin of his produce.
Graham Roberts’ family run business produces the best quality smoked wild and organic salmon and seafood in Ireland, using only the freshest and ﬁnest natural ingredients and following traditional smoking methods handed down through generations.
