Artisan Market

Date: Saturday 4th May & Sunday 5th May
Time: 10am – 6pm each day
Venue: Marian Hall

In Marian Hall, Tullycross you will find a huge variety of artisan produced crafts and food including ceramics, wood turning, jewellery, soaps, candles, knitted accessories, fudge, cakes, jams, cheeses, honey and lots more. Also tea, coffee and hot food to eat on the go.

Agri-Aware Mobile Farm

The Mobile Farm unit safely and humanely transports animals to any school, company or event. The aim of Agri Aware’s Mobile Farm is to educate young and old about the different farm animals on Irish farms and their role in producing quality food that is safe and affordable for consumers.

Kids Cookery – Get Your Vitamin Sea

Family Seashore Forage

Sinead O’Brien of Mungo Murphy’s Seaweed will lead you along the seashore where you will learn to identify edible seaweeds, which you will then bring back to the Festival Marquee and learn how to prepare for tasty meals and snacks including a cook off at 3:30pm.

Kids disco parties are all based around dance! The dancers will keep the kids on their toes learning all the latest dance moves to their favourite songs.

ARC – Aquaculture Remote Classroom

FREE EVENT

Yes, the ARC is literally a truck-sized classroom which is traveling throughout Ireland to bring aquaculture to your school doorstep. The classroom is fully equipped to provide visitors with an interactive and engaging experience with large screen displays, VR headsets and hands-on group activities.
